We utilize evidence-based tests and measures to develop a comprehensive and individualized plan of care. Programs are based on: your physical needs, the latest research and your goals. Exercises will increase your:

Many of our local schools started back this week—how was your first week? 🎒 If your back is feeling sore from carrying books and backpacks, here’s a quick stretch to help ease the tension:

👉 Standing Back Extension:

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Place your hands on your hips or lower back.

Gently lean back, keeping your knees straight, until you feel a stretch in your lower back.

Hold for 5–10 seconds, then return to standing.

Repeat 5 times.

A simple move like this can help counteract the forward pull from carrying heavy loads and keep your back feeling better!
