Mid-week blues got you down? 💙 Boost your mood with these two quick exercises:

- Standing Side Stretch – Reach one arm overhead and lean gently to the opposite side. Hold for 15 seconds on each side.

- Leg Swings – Hold onto a chair and swing one leg forward and back. Do 10 swings per leg to loosen up your hips.

Just a few minutes can make a big difference! 💪✨
