Sore after yesterday’s Turkey Trot? 🦃🏃♀️
You’re not alone! Here are a few quick stretches to help ease that post-run soreness:
➡️ Calf Stretch: Step one foot back and press your heel down.
➡️ Hamstring Stretch: Reach toward your toes with one leg extended.
➡️ Quad Stretch: Pull your heel toward your glute while standing.
➡️ Hip Flexor Stretch: Half-kneeling, gently shift forward.
➡️ Figure 4 Stretch: Lie back and cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
➡️ Child’s Pose: Sit back on your heels and reach forward.
