Spring is only a few days away, and we’re looking forward to spring flowers, hiking trails, and all the outdoor activities that come with the new season. As the weather warms up, it’s the perfect time to get moving again and enjoy being outside.
Here’s a quick, fun springing/jumping exercise to get you in the mood! Try 10–15 gentle jumps in place, keeping your knees soft and landing lightly. It’s a simple way to wake up your muscles and add a little spring to your step as we head into a more active season. 🌸
