A Success Story and Review from One of My Sweet Clients:

I have lost 15 pounds since January. I’m no longer taking my antidepressant medication and I don’t feel anxious as often. Even my sleep is better. I’ve lost 7” and I’m down a whole pants size. I have an amazing outlook and I’m having a positive experience with the food plan and recipes. I don’t get frustrated and down on myself when I hit the inevitable plateau as I know it is just part of the process and with patience and sticking to the plan I will break through.

I found that by eliminating sugar, dairy and gluten, my arthritis doesn’t hurt. I love organic fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies. I’m not hungry all the time. My cravings for sugar and processed foods are gone. I’m eating more food and feeling energized. I went from a pot of coffee daily to none at all for the first 30 days. I only have a cup of black, organic, free trade coffee now about once or twice a month.

I kept wondering why now, after years of yo-yo dieting and trying every fad diet known, this program is working so well for me. I believe a huge part of it is my coach, Shelly Cressler. She was able to explain why coffee is not supportive for me. She helped me discover healthy substitutes for my food habits. I found that Shelly’s guidance and support was my inspiration. Hey everyone! I am updating my focus a bit with my fitness training business. My practice has changed gears a bit over the years.

Since I now work a lot with people who are over 60 years old, I decided to pursue a Senior Fitness Certification through ACE.
I received that certification a few months ago, and will now be offering specialty services in this age group.

🥢 Looking for a simple and delicious Asian-inspired meal that's low carb and packed with flavor? Look no further! Introducing Easy Eggroll in a Bowl - a balanced dish perfect for lunch or dinner. This recipe is sure to satisfy your cravings without compromising your health goals. Stay tuned for the full recipe and get ready to indulge your taste buds! 🍽️🌱

EASY EGGROLL IN A BOWL (4 servings)
1/4 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp green onion
1 tbsp garlic
3/4 tbsp ginger
12 oz ground chicken

Directions:
➡️ Heat avocado oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for about a minute, until fragrant.
➡️ Add ground meat and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
➡️ Reduce heat to medium. Add the coleslaw mix and coconut aminos. Stir to coat. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
➡️ Remove from heat. Stir in the toasted sesame oil and green onions. Enjoy!
