The PA Department of Health has confirmed at least five measles cases across multiple counties, including Chester County. These cases continue to occur from exposures to others with measles and are among those that are not vaccinated.

Measles is a highly contagious disease. It spreads through the air when an infected person breathes, coughs, sneezes, talks or sings or through direct contact.
