Please join us in Supporting the PFLAG - Greater Harrisburg Lippert-Sizemore Scholarship Fund. This Fund has been established to celebrate the LGBTQ+ Youth of South-Central PA.

You will be offered a stunning view of City Island and downtown Harrisburg from a private residence in the Negley Park area of the West Shore. 'Tastes of the Season' food is being offered from Butterhead Kitchen of the Allentown area. Wine and water will be available near the pool, as well as music from our DJ. Silent Auction Baskets will be offered for the taking.

This event is Saturday, May 16 (4:00pm-6:30pm) with a registration deadline of Sunday, May 10.

So please, come out and support such a worthy cause for today's youth. We look forward to seeing you and spending some time together.

This is from one of the speakers we had last night:

Last night I spoke at the monthly PFLAG Greater Harrisburg meeting. The folks there blow me away with their support for the LGBTQ+ community and they are the epitomy of what allyship looks like. They are eager to learn, fundraising for scholarships, constantly donating clothes, and so much more.

When I say "ally" is more of a verb, not a noun, they show what I mean by that.

What a wonderful evening.

PFLAG - Greater Harrisburg has joined forces with the LGBT Center of Harrisburg to create a second location of monthly PFLAG meetings. Usually these meetings will occur on the 1st Sunday of each month. Due to the Easter holiday in April, this meeting is happening in Sunday, April 12 beginning at 10am. Please join us!

Our guest speaker will be Melanie Shaver-Durham.
Melanie is a volunteer with The Trevor Project. She will speak about what The Trevor Project isand the role she plays.
For those of you that do not know, The Trevor Project is the leading su***de prevention and crisis intervention
nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. They provide information & support to LGBTQ+ young people 24/7, all year round.
