Up in the Mountain Province of the Northern Philippines, the Igorot Tribe have their own unique tradition which dates back thousands of years. A popular tourist attraction, coffins are placed on stilts high up cliffs in the belief that the higher up the body is resting, then the easier their passage to heaven will be.

Lisa has been with for a couple of months!

Lisa grew up in the Enola area. After high school, she attended Harrisburg Area Community College and then transferred to Millersville University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology.

Lisa lives with her husband in the Mechanicsburg area. She enjoys reading, baking, being outdoors, and going to the beach. She also likes spending time with family and friends.

Next up is Nicklas Underkoffler!

Nick is part of our Facilities team and is our main Video Tech.
Nick has been with us for about a year!

Nick has resided in the Central Pennsylvania area for most of his life. He has over a decade of knowledge and experience working in the audio-visual industry. One of his many hobbies he enjoys has been over 20 years of playing the drums on acoustic and electric drum sets. With his drumming abilities, he has been able to lead his church in the worship band as the drummer. He also volunteers in outreach events for his church. Over the past three years, he’s enjoyed going on multiple cruises, including one to the Bahamas and one to Bermuda.

Victor is part of our Gathering Place team.
Victor has been with us for a little over a year!

Victor recently moved to the Mechanicsburg area about a year and a half ago and married his sweetheart in December of 2024. He has a passion for providing comfortable, caring, and meaningful service, as demonstrated over his 37 years in the hospitality industry. He was honored to join the Buhrig team, where he focuses his attention on details and creating an exceptional experience for families during their time of need. Outside of work, Victor enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family—both of which bring him joy and balance.
