We all want to glow for the big event, but timing is everything. You don't want to show up to a holiday party with fresh bruising or swelling!

Here is your cheat sheet for when to schedule your treatments to ensure you are fully healed and settled for the holidays.
🎀4–6 Weeks Out: Dermal Fillers (lips, cheeks, chin). Give the swelling and any potential bruising plenty of time to vanish.
🎀 3–4 Weeks Out: Gentle lasers or medium-depth chemical peels.
🎀 2–3 Weeks Out: Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport). It takes 14 days for full results to kick in!
🎀 1 Week Out: Gentle, hydrating facials or microdermabrasions.

The Golden Rule: If it involves a needle or a laser, give yourself a 2-week buffer minimum. ✨
