Warner Chiropractic Care Center, P.C.

Warner Chiropractic Care Center, P.C. Chiropractors have multiple tools that they can use to treat musculoskeletal aches and pains such as an adjustment, exercise therapy, and much more!

We are a full-service chiropractic office located in Mechanicsburg, PA with treatment options such as spinal manipulation, exercise therapy, nutrition response testing, cryotherapy, electric stimulation, ultrasound & intersegmental traction. A chiropractic adjustment is the minor movement of a joint in the spine performed by a slight pressure of the chiropractor’s hands or by an instrument. The goal of an adjustment is to establish motion in an area that is not moving well. This restricted motion can occur for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma, such as a car accident. You may hear a noise that sounds like you are cracking your knuckles when you get adjusted. This sound is referred to as joint cavitation. That noise is the release of gases such as oxygen and nitrogen from the joint. Current research supports that chiropractic is a safe and effective method in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Some of these conditions include low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, migraines, and many more. Exercise Therapy consists of movements that can be beneficial in increasing strength or range of motion in a specific region of the body. Our team utilizes exercises that can help you recover more quickly and decrease the likelihood of re-injury. We also encourage our patients to exercise once our treatment plan is completed. Ask us how we can help you get back into your daily exercise routine!

A recent study looked at over 400 adults who had spinal surgery and later received spinal manipulation. The good news—no serious complications were reported after treatment.

What does this mean? For those with a history of spine surgery, spinal manipulative therapy may be a safe option when performed by trained professionals.

If you’re still dealing with pain or stiffness after surgery, you’re not alone—and effective treatment options remain.

Are you unsure what’s best for your spine? Let’s talk and find out if spinal manipulation or another mode of chiropractic care is appropriate for you. 🙌

When it comes to exercise and knee arthritis, think like Goldilocks. 💡

Too little movement? Your joints may stiffen up and get weaker.
Too much? You might be pushing them toward injury.
But just the right amount? That’s where the magic happens.

A recent study found that moderate daily activity helps protect against the progression of knee osteoarthritis. Over time, people who stayed in that “just right” zone had better joint health.

If your knees are sore or stiff, we can help you find the sweet spot where you can move enough to stay strong without risking your joints. 🙌

Let’s create an exercise plan that’s just right for you. Book a visit today. 🗓️

Tennis elbow isn’t just for tennis players—it can happen to anyone who uses their hand and wrist repeatedly, like typing, painting, or lifting at the gym. This overuse causes tiny tears in the forearm tendons, leading to pain, stiffness, and grip weakness.

Chiropractic care can help by reducing inflammation, restoring joint mobility, and using targeted exercises to strengthen your forearm—helping you recover faster and prevent flare-ups.

Struggling with stubborn heel pain? 🦶

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, especially for active people or those on their feet all day. Recent research shows that hands-on therapy and rehab, including therapeutic taping, can help:

✅ Reduce pain
✅ Improve foot and ankle function
✅ Decrease inflammation in the plantar fascia

Even better, these benefits often last beyond the treatment itself.

If heel pain is keeping you from staying active, we’re here to help you find the right solution. 👍

Did you know that extra weight can also affect your hands and wrists? 🖐️

A recent study found that people with a higher body mass index (BMI over 30) were typically diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger about 6 years earlier than those with a healthy BMI.

Other things that sped up the onset of these conditions included smoking and type 1 diabetes.

This suggests inflammation and metabolic stress may manifest as pain, numbness, or hand stiffness earlier than expected.

The good news is that taking steps to manage weight and improve movement can reduce stress on your hands and wrists. 👍

If your hands feel stiff, numb, or just not right, come in and let’s examine them. ✅

Does coffee help or hurt migraines? The answer might surprise you. ☕️

A new study found that regular coffee drinkers may have a lower risk of developing migraines. Certain compounds in coffee may help protect against migraine attacks.

But here’s the catch. If you suddenly stop drinking coffee or have too much, it can temporarily trigger headaches for some people. That’s why the coffee–migraine connection has been so confusing.

The bottom line? For many people, coffee in moderation might be part of the solution, not the problem.

Learning how your daily habits affect your symptoms can make a real difference if you have recurring headaches or migraines.

Sitting too long can do more than cause stiffness—it can impact blood sugar too. 🪑🩸

A recent study found that short movement breaks every 45 minutes, like a 3-minute walk or a few squats, help control blood sugar better than one long walk.

The key: regular movement throughout the day supports your muscles, joints, heart, and even your metabolism. 🏃‍♀️‍➡️

If you sit for long periods, we can help you build easy ways to stay active and protect your health. Schedule an appointment today! 🗓️
