POV: You won the competition 🏆 and then realized that was the easy part.

Judges loved it. Parents loved it. I thought the hard part was over.

WRONG.

An idea doesn’t keep kids safe. A product does. And building a product means figuring out a hundred things you didn’t know existed - packaging, photos, a website, shipping, customer questions.

Here’s what I learned: you don’t have to know everything on day one. You just have to figure out the next thing.
