Pack light counseling is attending this year’s Unleashed Conference !

This year, IAMHER MINISTRIES is bringing together women of faith from across the region for a powerful two-day event designed to empower and equip modern women of faith to walk boldly in their God-given
calling so they can make an eternal impact. They will be covering topics like the intersectionality
between mental health and ministry as well as business and faith. They will also have women
who run successful businesses providing tools to encourage others to do the same. The
Unleashed Conference will take place at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, located at
403 N. 3rd Street, Richmond, VA 23219, on May 7th and 8th, 2025.

This organization provides upto 12 therapy to African American women who may not be able to afford it.

With the barriers affecting access to treatment by members of diverse ethnic and racial groups, the Loveland Therapy Fund provides financial assistance to Black women and girls seeking therapy nationally.

Amanda would like to welcome you to the first step in your journey to repack your life. She is a trauma survivor whose goal is to help others. Her desire is to meet you where you are and create a goal for where you would like to be. She will utilize workshops, vision boards and other tools to assist you in your journey. Don’t worry, if you prefer a one on one each visit, she is here for you on that also. Feel free to reach out to her, because she will be happy to work with you. Please welcome Chuck Satterwhite to the Pack Light Counseling team! He has an eclectic, sometimes challenging, approach to counseling that ranges from goal setting, to processing life events, to changing thoughts and actions. Addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, spiritual issues, caregiving issues, and trauma are among some of the topics Chuck has helped clients address. He began as a mental health counselor in 2018 and has experience working with individuals, groups, and leading multiple workshops on both trauma and compassion fatigue. Chuck can see clients in Virginia and GA. He accepts most major commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid.

When he is not seeing clients, Chuck continues honing his counseling skills as a graduate student. He also enjoys traveling, trying new foods, being outdoors, spending time with his family, and walking trails with his Great Dane.
