Sara is a Parent-Child Coach with Old Towne Counseling Services, bringing a deep passion for supporting youth and families. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and incorporates play therapy and sand tray into her sessions. For those who prefer a more traditional setting, office-based sessions are always an option as well.

Sara brings a joyful, engaging energy to her work that helps clients feel comfortable and supported. Outside of the office, she’s an avid coffee enthusiast and loves spending time with her family.

Old Towne Counseling is proud to support Camden and his commitment to giving back to the community.
As Mental Health Awareness Month approaches, this initiative aims to raise awareness and expand access to mental health support for youth—especially among student-athletes, while remaining inclusive to all.

Through this partnership, proceeds from each shirt will go toward a youth mental health grant fund, helping provide resources and services to those in need.
