LifeMap Asperger's Coaching Program Katy Webb LCSW Licensed Therapist with Autism/Asperger's Specialty Training & Credentials SUMMARY - Individual coaching program for kids, teens, young adults or older - Teaches social​ skills, how to navigate high school/college, how to transition successfully into the "real world" Katy focuses on expanding the world of her clients by incorporating body, mind and spirit in her coaching. She helps clients improve time management and organizational skills, and provides guidance on how to move forward toward personal and professional goals by breaking larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. Her coaching is for both the individual and the family, facilitating the transition from high school, to the vocational world, college or the work force. Katy works with clients based on their individual needs. INDIVIDUAL COACHING Most of Katy's's work with clients is done on a one-on-one basis. After a parent or individual completes a detailed intake form, Katy develops a personalized plan to address a client's specific needs. She creates Action Plans to guide the client step by step through a process that helps them achieve both personal and professional goals. Personalized life skills training and treatment curriculum that focuses on: Self Esteem Communication Conversation skills, social skills Positive coping skills Verbal and nonverbal communication awareness Making friends and improving social relationships/social interaction abilities Adult independence skill Job coaching, career assessments, networking, and interview practice College transition, if applicable, Etc.
