March Employee of the Month- Carol Jones-Sheeko🌟

Carol Jones-Sheeko joined Hanover Health in November 2025 and has graced us with professionalism and a background in healthcare activities spanning several years. Carol has stated on several occasions that she has "Found a Home" at Hanover, and the residents definitely can see the passion throughout her workdays via her dedication. A true Ravens fan, Carol loves to spend time with her coworkers and provides the necessary leadership/mentorship to her coworkers that only a seasoned professional can provide. Direct statements from her peers regarding Carol are, "Ms. Carol is a pleasant lady who cares deeply for her residents and will go to the ends of the earth to please them. Carol is a great employee and will tend to any task immediately with 100% effort". Statements like these are what the employee of the month will receive.

Located just outside of the capital city of Richmond, Virginia, our center calls the Mechanicsville community home. We're just a few miles from several major hospitals including Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, and have been proudly serving Mechanicsville since 1992. We also serve patients in surrounding areas including Glen Allen, Atlee, Studley, and more.

Step through our doors and you'll be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.

At Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re also actively involved in promoting health education throughout the area, and participate in many local events and charities including the Relay for Life. We support health education by partnering with local schools and educational programs including the MG School of Health Professions, Breath of Fresh Air Health Care Training, and Centura College.
