I've been a Christian since I was a child, accepted Jesus into my heart when I was 12 years old. The teenage years were challenging, but I recommitted my life to God when I was 18 years old. Took a pilgrimage to Israel with an awesome church group & was baptized in the Jordan River which was a special moment in my life. From Israel, God lead me to join Youth With A Mission (YWAM) as a missionary in Hong Kong. My team's outreach were to the Philippines and China where we ministered and shared the love of God with others. A completely amazing time and tremendous blessing. When I returned to the US, I completed college and pursued a career that would allow me to continue helping others.

What to do when you feel exhausted with life.
(1) Evaluate all you’re doing. Something needs to give.
(2) Give yourself some margin by stopping one of those things. (at least for a season).
(3) Ask God to show you how to trust Him better.
(4) Let him order your schedule.
(5) Tell someone what you’re going through. Don’t go it alone!
