I’ve been looking at expanding my health education program to older kids and adults with a focus on nutrition and the things your doctor doesn’t have time to tell you. I’ll be putting together a trial class or two for each session I’ll be offering and I’m looking for interested people of all health levels to try it out, ask questions, and provide feedback. Please comment here or send me a message if you’re interested. It’s not ready yet but I wanted to gauge interest and get something scheduled! Free!

Today was a first! The Teddy Bear Clinic had some real animal friends AND a piece of a strep test somehow ended up in the guinea pig cage 😂 Huge thank you to my new besties at Tuckaway Innsbrook!! Can’t wait to see you again!!

Belated thank you to Aylett Country Day School for hosting me Monday! The last little boy to walk out of the room in the 3rd class looked at me and said, “I really liked this. I learned a lot. And you’re pretty.”
