This dish is perfect for those evenings when you want something light but still full of flavor. I love how the tangy lemon and briny capers in the butter sauce complement the rich, flaky salmon. It’s a match made in heaven!
To keep things on the healthy side, I like to pair this with a fresh quinoa salad. I mix in some cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a bit of red onion, and toss it all in a light lemon vinaigrette. It’s the perfect side that adds a nice crunch and keeps the meal balanced.
Here’s how I do it:
