I am so glad you are here!

(We all know that is half the battle! HA!)

MY CLASS IS FREE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! I do have a small donation box at the sign in counter that send all donations to the church ... but I would MUCH rather have people come to class and not worry about the money aspect ... So please join us! My class is a 1 hour dance class that is held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm at Fairmount Christian Church. (Please show up a LITTLE early to sign in!)

I will post by 12pm on Mondays if I won't be holding class for some reason (snow, sickness, etc ...). PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK before making the trip! I am blessed that in five years I have never had to cancel due to sickness.🙃

REFIT was designed to support our minds, bodies, and spirits! My goal is to simply have you leave feelin' better than when you walked in ... We always do!

Don't worry about dance skills or health issues ... Everything can be modified to fit your abilities! This easy-to-follow formula is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts, with workouts designed for everybody and every body—regardless of age, shape, size, or ability! (We even have walkers, canes, and wheelchairs!)

We'll see all you AWESOME STARFISH at 7pm for your fun, family, exercise dance class!! ALL levels from wheel chairs to Marines who jump to the moon are welcome!! ... We will do a little devotional and fellowship afterwards for those who choose to stay (8 to about 8:30pm) ... Here are a few of the peeps who stay each week! We'd love to meet you ... Arrive by yourself, or with the whole familia! (Doors open at 6:30!)
