Holiday Season is approaching! I will be traveling to see family for Thanksgiving so get in the next 2 weeks! Also, see my Saturday morning availability.

Thanksgiving Week – only open Monday, November 24th and closed Nov 25th-29th
Christmas Week – open Monday/Tuesday, Dec 22nd- 23rd and closed Dec 24th – Dec 27th
New Years – Closed Thursday, Jan 1st

Wednesday morning pop up! I'll be at the office this morning if any established patients need an appt! Also open this Saturday morning. Thursday I'll be closing a little early for the first Junior high volleyball game (this week and next few Thursdays...)

I get asked about mattresses a lot. I usually recommend something more firm than soft but not too firm... I decided to share the mattress I have. The company is Saatva. We purchased mattresses about 7-8 years ago and I still love mine. Initially, I ordered a firm classic. I told them it was too firm and they sent a mattress topper which helped but not completely. I ended up with the step down from firm and have been happy since. (American Chiropractic Association also recommends Saatva!) This link gives a 15% discount.

Saturday hours update! I will be shooting to be open 2 Saturday mornings a month. I am here this Saturday, August 23rd. September open Saturdays will be September 6th and 20th. You can always call and find out if you don't see it listed here. Thank you!
