Heritage Green - Hanover, Assisted Living Community Our 50 room community was specifically designed with residents' needs in mind.

Heritage Green Assisted Living is a beautiful community located in Historic Hanover County, on the east-central Piedmont and Coastal plain areas of Virginia, between the Chickahominy and Pamunkey Rivers. The beautifully-appointed building features self-contained Memory Care and Assisted Living neighborhoods with living room, dining room and outside courtyards. Each member of our professional staff is trained in the delivery of our Memory Care programming, which we developed to meet the needs of our cognitively impaired residents. Featuring both private and companion accommodations, Heritage Green insures that our residents enjoy three delicious meals every day in our beautiful dining rooms. What's more, Heritage Green provides individualized care and assistance in a homelike setting, while maintaining each resident's maximum independence.
