Operations Manager
We’re hiring an Operations Manager! This role is the eyes and ears of our agency, ensuring smooth operations every day. You’ll track tasks, direct them to the right team members, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who is structured, organized, a self-starter, and has strong attention to detail. This person takes initiative, follows through, and holds the process together.
You must be able to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining accuracy and follow-through—nothing slips when things get busy.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma
* Ability to pass criminal background and CPS checks
* CPR and crisis certifications (preferred, but we will provide training if needed)
