Don't feel like preparing, making, and eating a full meal that will make you feel bloated and uncomfortable?

Throw some fruits, veggies, and water or milk into your blender and whip it up! You can add protein powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, and anything else you have in your fridge or cupboards! (I've started adding creatine and collagen powder to mine!).

You belly that's "just full enough", a LOT of nutrients, AND you avoided cooking altogether! ;)

Restore your body, mind and spirit through this gentle and supported practice. This class is enjoyed on the mat in seated or reclined positions. Props, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, candlelight and aromatherapy are incorporated to reawaken all our senses and calm the nervous system, the mind and the body. This is a calming & therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. This class is for All Levels.
