We only have 4 spots left in our next session of ABCs of Aging Well that starts May 6th. If you've been on the fence, this one's for you.

❓What exactly is ABCs of Aging Well?

It's a five-class series designed specifically for women 50+ focused on the three things that matter most as we age: Agility, Balance, and Core Strength. Each exercise is chosen because it directly supports how you want to feel at 50, 60, 70, and beyond.

❓Do I need to be fit to join?

Nope. This class is for everyone. It's smart movement, not hardcore fitness and you'll leave each class with exercises you can actually use in real life. Different variations are offered for different fitness levels.

❓What are some things we do in class?

Think functional movement with purpose. We do things like bodyweight squats, wall push-ups, single-leg glute bridges, and balance work like single-leg standing. There's also agility training where you respond to directional cues on one leg, plus core work like bird dog and plank variations. Everything mimics real life: staying steady, getting up from the floor, moving with confidence. You'll be challenged, but never overwhelmed.

❓How much does it cost?

The five-class series is just $100. That's it.

❓What if I missed the first session, can I still join?

Yes! Each session is designed to stand on its own. You don't need any prior experience with the series to jump in and get everything out of it.

We lose muscle, bone density, and reaction speed as we age, but consistent, purposeful movement can slow that process and even reverse it. This class is that movement.
This class focuses on 3 pillars that keep you moving well for the long haul; Agility, Balance, and Core Strength. We'll work with weight-bearing movement, resistance, balance, and reaction training to support bone strength, muscle mass, and stability, so you feel more solid, quicker to respond, and confident in how you move, whether you're carrying groceries, keeping up with grandkids, or trusting your body to catch you when it counts.
