Medfield Outreach is dedicated to serving the mental health needs of residents in Medfield. Our program predominantly serves families and youth, however, we are available to all residents of Medfield. Our staff members are trained clinicians who provide a variety of services including free and confidential individual and family counseling, referral to financial assistance programs, community programming, and crisis intervention. In addition, the Outreach office is an intake site for the Fuel Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Medfield residents. This program operates under the auspices of the Medfield Board of Health and is located adjacent to Medfield High School.

Mason is a Life Scout with Troop 89, he recently designed an Eagle Scout project that is creative and spreads mental health awareness to his community! The Rocky Woods Reindeer Quest is designed to get community members outside and enjoying the trails with friends and family. The colder and darker months of winter can be difficult for many, Mason's project aims to increase community connections in nature during this time of year. Go out and explore the trails of Rock Woods and keep an eye out for nine wooden reindeer!

Join MCAP, the Bellforge Arts Center, and the MHS Art Department for a gallery walkthrough of the Medfield Photovoice student art project on January 22 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. at the Medfield High School Library.

Through a variety of expressive media including photography and digital art, Medfield High School students explored the interpersonal and community environments shaping their health and well-being. These works capture the inspirations, motivational influences, fears, and stressors affecting Medfield students, as well as their unique visions for a healthy Medfield.

The reception will also feature spoken reflections from selected Medfield students, accompanied by live music from the Medfield Guitar Club. Light refreshments will be provided. Hope to see you there!
