Rainy and blustery Monday in Boston 🌧️💨

The weekend is a great time to sharpen your tools so they’re ready for the week ahead. Here I’m using Graston instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to help improve range of motion and decrease swelling around a patient’s thumb.

Safe to say this treatment gets a thumbs up 👍

Hi! Allow me to introduce myself as the owner of Medford Physical Therapy. If you are interested to learn more, read below:

Dr. Maegen Brady DeLeo is an orthopedic physical therapist with a special interest in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, as well as additional training in the Graston technique, dry needling, and coming soon: pelvic floor therapy. She is a registered yoga teacher and brings a focus on mindful movement and breath in her practice. Maegen lives in Medford with her husband and they enjoy cooking, gardening, and skiing.

What would it be like to offer care that is personalized and creative? That celebrates each person and their goals.

Dr. Maegen Brady DeLeo has wanted to explore these options here in her town of Medford, MA. With over a decade of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist with a special interest in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, Dr. Brady established Union Square Physical Therapy in 2023.

We are now excited to have a second location on Salem St right off the Fellsway in Medford!
