It’s not about perfection or deprivation… just paying attention to how we feel along the way.
How we feel in our bodies day to day makes all the difference when we finally get to use them
to experience the little things… and the rare, magical ones.
Gliding through the Alaskan backcountry felt like a reminder of that. My main motivation for prioritizing my health is to be present and capable in making memories with my friends and family. I am a work in progress but sure am thankful to have the tools to make the most of moments like this. We would love to help you too!
