This Winter Heart Warmer ❤️‍🔥is designed to recharge your inner flame on Sunday January 12th. Sharing space, energy and setting intentions together we will come away from the day with a deeper level of knowledge, experience, feeling that we curate together, a mind body soul wellness approach: energy healers, speakers/philosophy talk.

Come early for tea and open meditation during registration/check in from 9:30am-10am before Morning Yoga Class.

10-11:30am
This slow traditional hatha yoga asana class lead by Monica Walsh of High Vibration Association will open your nervous system from head to toe, straighten your skeletal system and flush your lymph – producing heat and energy from the inside out… come hydrated!

11:30am – 2pm
Open meditation or self care services available during this time.

2-3:00pm
Escape into an energy immersive sound bath at 2pm in the afternoon lead by Rebecca Zarnawski, during which each individual will take turns receiving Crystal Chromotherapy + Pranic Healing from Melissa Quattrone and Reiki from Morgan Mitchell.

Melissa Quattrone Is a vocalist, musician, sound healer, chromotherapy crystal bed sessions and is certified in Pranic Healing. Her true passion has always been using her voice to heal.

From a very young age she discovered the healing energy in her voice while singing to her pet's and injured animals.

At age seven while laying under a tree with her dog a spirit appeared before her and said "You can heal many with your voice dear child, this is your gift remember this always." And p**f it was gone! Needless to say this memory stayed with her and she's been using her voice to heal ever since. Currently working on an album, her music combines ethereal, angelic toning with sounds of nature designed to help you feel the angelic presence that surrounds you.

Crystal Chromotherapy bed combines chromotherapy administered through very pure vogel cut clear quartz crystals that raise the vibration, allowing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Colored lights corresponding to the chakras radiate light and healing energy through the crystals to cleanse, balance, and remove emotional blocks and negative energies.

Things you may experience during a crystal bed session: Relaxed receptivity is the best mind set to bring to the session, cultivating an attitude of letting go. You may experience insights and release of specific personal issues and memories. At times you may have sensations of warmth, chills, tingling, lightness or expansion in various centers of your body. Your awareness may extend beyond yourself to transpersonal states of higher consciousness, or you may simply fall asleep! Each individual is certain to have a unique experience necessary to his or her own healing and alignment process. It is helpful to drink adequate amounts of water after the session. Allow the benefits to unfold in the hours after the session with ease and gratitude.

Morgan Mitchell has been practicing Reiki since 2015. She started practicing reiki as a way to reduce anxiety and is so happy that she’s able to help others with it as well. Morgan loves providing the space for people to be vulnerable with themselves and introducing their bodies to energetic healing.

Community Kirtan lead by Asha (aka Anuradha dasi) was born and raised in the Gaudiya Bhakti Yoga tradition in a kirtan-focused family. As a small girl, she gravitated towards percussion, specifically of the mridanga, a clay drum hailing from West Bengal, India, which is used in traditional Gaudiya kirtan. She hopes more women will learn the art of mridanga playing, as it fosters a combination of both grace and strength.

When Asha is not performing her kirtan seva, she works as a doctor of physical therapy, sharing with her patients and clients about holistic health and wellness, especially postpartum mothers.

🔥 **Increased Flexibility** – The warmth helps loosen your muscles for deeper stretches and greater mobility.
💧 **Detoxification** – Sweat it out! Heated yoga helps flush out toxins, leaving you feeling refreshed.
❤️ **Cardio Boost** – The elevated temperature helps increase your heart rate, giving you a mild cardio workout.

The Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee Pose is the 10th posture in the sequence, the Original Hot Yoga. This has been associated with a lot of and benefits. It is considered to be a simple asana by many but when done right it is both challenging and beneficial. This Bikram pose works the endocrine, digestive and reproductive systems. The benefits of this posture are exactly the same as those of Hands to Feet pose at the beginning of the practice.

Carrie started taking yoga classes 2011, after working many years as a nurse and suffering from severe back pain. After a few months of yoga, her back pain significantly decreased, she lost weight and had more energy. She was so happy with the results that she committed herself to a daily practice and decided to help other people with similar problems alleviate pain and build muscle strength and flexibility through yoga.

Yoga Tools for Busy People

Whether you are just beginning to wake up to yourself or looking to go deeper into your yoga practice, this is for you. Let’s face it, there are plenty of days when it’s hard to get to the studio. Being away from our yoga practice can feel like another layer – like if you forgot to brush your teeth before you left the house. At this workshop, I will share with you some of my favorite yoga “homework” that I add into my day for times when I only have minutes between activities and stepping on my mat is still over the horizon.

Join Monica’s workshop and get inspired and learn about some ways that you can stay on your mat when you are away from it and can’t get to it or ways to help find the motivation even when it is a struggle too.

Bring your mat, water, notebook, and wear some comfy clothes and get ready to learn some inspirational tools you’ll be able to take with you the rest of your life.
