Dear Zen Den Massage community, I hope you’re all feeling your best! I wanted to share that effective November 1, I will be updating my prices and look forward to providing you with the highest quality care and service. If you’re not feeling well and have a scheduled appointment, I kindly ask that you call as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment—your health is our top priority! Just a heads up, my first available new appointment is February 5. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I look forward to helping you find your Zen soon!

I understand that the nicer weather brings about changes in plans, I feel it's necessary to share my cancellation policy again. I value you all greatly and am happy that this doesn't come up very often but I do feel that it is good to revisit.

I ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. 715-218-8787

Recognizing that I do set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider, and have to maintain smooth business operations.

I charge if the appointment is canceled with in 24 hours of the appointment. I understand that emergencies, sudden illnesses, weather conditions etc. occur and reserve the right to waive the fees of the cancellation policy at my discretion, so please call as soon as you can if you need to cancel for one of these reasons.
