Boundaries aren’t harsh—they’re necessary.
Today was a reminder.
I had a scheduled 1PM call.
While driving, I couldn’t answer multiple incoming calls—but I showed up on time, ready, present, and prepared.
Then I was told to wait.
“Running behind.”
30 minutes later… still waiting.
That’s not alignment. That’s a lack of respect for time.
And here’s the truth as an entrepreneur:
If you don’t protect your time, someone else will misuse it.
I’m kind. I’m patient. I lead with grace.
But I no longer tolerate being taken advantage of.
So I rescheduled.
Because my time matters.
My energy matters.
And what I’m building deserves structure and respect.
Boundaries come with consequences.
Not out of anger—but out of alignment.
You teach people how to treat you by what you allow.
Today, I chose differently.
If you’re struggling to set or hold boundaries—personally or in business—reach out. I can help you clearly define them in a way that protects your time, your energy, and your growth.
