Choose from 1 in-studio class to attend each week. Pick and choose the class that works for you. J
Plus 3 weekly live streaming classes with teacher

3 classes to choose from each week with recordings to rewatch. Practice in your PJs with this teacher supported membership, it’s like having Pam teach the class to you in your own home.

Private community:
Become part of our group and receive weekly support from Pam and other members to keep you motivated and inspired. You’re not alone. This will help you build the self-discipline you need to practice daily.

Video library:
Playlists and videos to choose from. Morning, noon or night there’s a video to support you. You can create your own favorites list to come back. No more scrolling through You Tube videos with teachers you don’t know. Roll out your mat and let Pam do the rest.

You still get all the benefits of the regular membership with this bonus for only $3/week more than you already pay to come to the studio.
This membership has limited space…I want to keep our studio classes small so only a few spots are available.

Practice balance poses focusing on grounding through your feet and using the support of a wall to build your strength and balance. This practice will iIncrease your balance while strengthening your lower body. Finish class feeling steady and stronger throughout your day.

This class starts with breath and warm ups to get you started in the morning. We move to hands and knees to release stiffness. Class continuess in standing to move and flush out tightness. Finish with body stretch and release in shavasana.

Mind Body Spirit Yoga is more than a studio: It’s an everyday sanctuary, a gathering place where all are welcome to join our practice. When Pamela Peterson couldn’t find a local space dedicated to yoga, she decided to create one. Since then, we’ve been Medford’s premier space for all-levels Hatha classes, senior chair yoga, and more. Community members of all ages, body types, and fitness levels come together in our beautiful studio to increase their strength, balance, and flexibility. Our mission is for every student to leave class rejuvenated -- with an overall sense of physical and mental well-being.
