Buti Yoga combines power vinyasa, high intensity interval training and tribal dance to create one sweaty, heart-pumping workout. Elements like the spiral structure technique, static shaking and wild liberating movements pave the way for deep emotional release and transformation. Big energetic beats guide the class and help students get out of their head and into their body. We gyrate, shake and laugh through the physical challenges, building strength and connection within ourselves and with each other.
