The 2025-2026 school year is fast approaching which means athletes will need to get their WIAA sports physicals done before their sport begins. Taylored FamilyCare Clinic is offering WIAA sports physicals for $65 all of June, July and August at both our Medford and Phillips locations. Call to schedule!!

Is your business in need of pre-employment physicals? Taylored FamilyCare Clinic offers individualized pre-employment physicals for each employer's unique requirements. We also offer urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, lift tests and baseline hearing tests. All the above offerings will be available in Phillips in the next couple weeks so we can help the employers in the Northwoods meet their needs. She is married to Geno and they have three children and two Goldendoodles. Jacki will be seeing full scope family practice at our Medford location and has an interest in health promotion, alternative and holistic health care. Welcome Jacki!!!
