Our team at Advanced Care Network of Senior Services is here to support you whenever you need us.
We currently have caregiver availability for both day and night schedules for Jackson County, limited availability in Josephine County, along with wheelchair and gurney transport from 6am to 6pm.
Our services include RN case management, senior living referral support, non-emergency medical transport, a wellness clinic, and a broad network of caregivers and specialized care options. We are proud to be a trusted partner in meeting the needs of our aging community.
If you have a client who could benefit from extra support with care coordination, dependable transportation, or guidance in finding the right living environment, we are only a call or email away.

All of us at Advanced Care Life Services want to wish you a warm and joyful Thanksgiving. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community and hope this season brings comfort and joy to you and those around you.
Our office will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 in observance of the holiday. We will resume our regular schedule on Monday. We will have staff on-call and are still accepting senior care referrals.

This Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Crisps Recipe
is a Fresh Diabetic Friendly Snack Idea.

Our Functional Nutritionist DeeAnna shared this diabetic friendly and high protein snack idea, and it is too good not to pass along.

These Mediterranean spinach and feta crisps are easy to make and perfect for a quick bite. They yield twelve to fifteen crisps. Prep time is fifteen minutes and cook time is ten to twelve minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tablespoons whole wheat flour (**(instead of ¼ cup all-purpose flour)**
2 Tablespoons almond flour (**(for fiber and lower glycemic impact)**
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Lay out small rounds on a parchment lined sheet pan that has been lightly sprayed.
Bake at three hundred seventy five degrees until golden. This usually takes five to seven minutes.
Let the crisps stand for five minutes so they can set up.

Tips
Serve with your favorite dips such as hummus.
You can make the crisp mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to twenty four hours. Shape the crisps just before baking.
