Ready to step into a leadership role in caregiving?

Advanced Care Life Services is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver to support both clients and our caregiving team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step with added responsibility in mentoring, training, and administrative support.

Position Requirements:
2 years of caregiving experience required level 1-4 experience level.
CNA required/ or willing to obtain within 3 months

Leadership Responsibilities:
Mentor and train caregivers to maintain high standards of care
Provide field support and guidance to team members
Assist with administrative tasks and communication with office staff
Monitor care quality and report changes in client condition

Lead Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality in-home care and support to clients
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Support medication administration and monitor vitals, height, and weight
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands
Provide companionship and support engagement in daily activities
Light housekeeping and household support

Skills:
Strong caregiving knowledge and hands-on experience
Ability to lead, train, and support a team
Clear communication with clients, families, and staff
Understanding of resident rights and client advocacy
Ability to assist with mobility and physical support as needed

We truly appreciate the support during the Best of Southern Oregon voting process.
To everyone who took the time to vote and support us, it means a lot to our team and especially to our caregivers who show up every day with compassion and dedication.
