If your answer was B...you are correct! Cracking your toes is actually pretty harmless! The popping sound is usually just gas bubbles releasing in the joint fluid.

Pain or swelling with cracking, however, can indicate an underlying joint issue.

✔️ Worn-out soles
✔️ Flat or collapsed arch support
✔️ Tightness in the toes
✔️ Back-of-heel rubbing

A supportive pair of shoes can make your entire week more comfortable. Leave your favotie supportive shoes in the comments!

Custom orthotics are designed specifically for your feet, giving you the support and alignment that store-bought inserts can’t provide. They help reduce pain, improve posture, prevent future injuries, and keep you moving comfortably day after day.

If you’re dealing with heel pain, flat feet, bunions, or trouble standing or walking — custom orthotics can make a major difference.

Many people assume gout flares only happen after eating foods high in purines, but that’s not always the case.

Other common triggers include:

⚡ Dehydration
⚡ Stress
⚡ Certain medications
⚡ Sudden changes in weight
⚡ Medical conditions like diabetes or kidney disease

Diet plays a role, but gout is a medical condition, not just a food issue. If you’re having repeated flares, we can can help you pinpoint the cause and develop a prevention plan.

If you’ve ever experienced a gout flare, you know the pain is no joke.

Gout often strikes suddenly, and many people wake up in the middle of the night with intense pain in the big toe that comes out of nowhere.

During a flare you may notice:

*Sudden, severe joint pain
*Redness, warmth, and swelling
*Even a sheet or sock touching the joint is painful
*Flares that last several days if untreated

Gout is caused by a buildup of uric acid in the joint, forming sharp crystals that trigger inflammation. The good news? With proper diagnosis and management, flares can be reduced or prevented altogether.

If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to wait for the next flare to hit. We’re here to help you find relief and get back to pain-free days.

Got gout? Thanksgiving can be a tricky holiday if you are prone to gout flare ups, but there’s still plenty you can enjoy this Thanksgiving!

Stick with chicken or a small slice of turkey, load up on veggies and potatoes, and drink lots of water.

A few smart choices can help with no post-dinner flare-ups.
