We want to express our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. We understand that the recent passing of Steve Hughes, the owner of Hughes Pharmacy, has left a void, and we are here to support you through these changes. In the midst of uncertainty, Caldwell Pharmacy is committed to ensuring you receive the prescriptions and healthcare support you need.
Starting December 13th, 2023, all of your prescription files will be securely transferred to Caldwell Pharmacy. During this transition, spanning 90-120 days, we will work to obtain the required licenses and finalize insurance contracts to reopen in Medford. We will be upholding the highest standards of pharmacy service in honor of the legacy left by Steve Hughes.
We understand that transitions can be worrisome, especially when it comes to healthcare. Please be assured that Caldwell Pharmacy will seamlessly refill all prescriptions previously handled by Hughes Pharmacy. Additionally, to better serve you, we are introducing free daily delivery services to Grant County, Oklahoma, ensuring that you receive your medications promptly and reliably.
