Our next batch of Care Packages for young adults go out next month. Do you know someone who would love to get one? Eligible young adults have:

-Obtained their high school diploma or equivalent, and
-Spent time in foster care as a youth, and
-Are still engaged with services through the Massachusetts DCF, and
-Are currently furthering their education in any way (vocation training, or a 2- or 4-year college)
