Board Member Spotlight: Trevor Arnold
OnTrack's Board President | Deputy Chief of Police, Medford Police Department
From Medford roots to leading change in our valley, Trevor Arnold embodies what it means to serve with heart, vision, and purpose.
A proud Medford native, Trevor began his public safety career with the Medford Police Department in 1998 as a Community Service Officer. Over the years, he has served in many roles, including Drug Detection K9 Handler, Field Training Officer, Spanish Interpreter, and Drug Recognition Expert. As Lieutenant, he helped launch MPD’s innovative Livability Team, and today he continues to serve our city as Deputy Chief of Police.
Trevor holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and studied abroad at the Universidad de Guanajuato in Mexico, bringing a global perspective to his local leadership. He is also currently completing a Master's degree from the University of Virginia.
His commitment to community extends well beyond his role in law enforcement. Trevor volunteers with several local service organizations and serves as President of OnTrack’s Board of Directors. We’re proud to work alongside him in building a healthier, safer Rogue Valley.
He is also a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and a proud dad of two. His daughter attends the University of Portland and his son studies at Lane Community College.
We are grateful for Trevor’s leadership and his dedication to both OnTrack and the broader Medford community.
