Welcome to Table Rock Memory Care Community located in Medford, Oregon.

Our full memory care and assisted living services use procedural memory skills to improve cognition and encourage engagement. Our SPARK program is based on the four pillars of the Montessori method, aiming to improve social roles and skills. Through different activities such as dancing, baking, gardening and many others, our residents enjoy high quality care and high quality life.

🎃👻 Had an absolute blast celebrating Halloween at Table Rock Memory Care! The residents truly brought the spirit of the season to life with their creative costumes and infectious laughter. From spooky decorations to fun games and delicious treats, every moment was filled with joy and connection. A big thank you to the amazing staff and everyone who made this event so special! Can’t wait for next year! 🕷️🧡
