The Center for Achieving Balance for Children and Families (ABC) is an outpatient facility that provides individual family and couples counseling to adults adolescents and children. The Center is seeking to hire Licensed Mental Health Counselors or LCSW/LICSW to join our team of clinicians in Medford, MA.

Position Highlights:
Full-time or Part-time opportunities (positions up to 40 hours per week) to provide outpatient therapy and work alongside other clinicians within a collaborative team.
Work at your own schedule. Hour’s available weekdays, weeknights and or weekends.
Electronic medical record system (Paragon) is used to manage clinical notes, appointments, and to submit behavioral health claims to third party payers.
Hires will receive required supervisory hours from LMHC/LMFT/LICSW in order to be eligible for licensure within two years of hire.
Hires will be credentialed with third party payers by the Center for clinical practice.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or an equivalent related degree is required. Ideal candidates will possess an LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LICSW.
Experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
Training in a meeting CBT/DBT.
Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Knowledge of a second language (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly encouraged to apply.
