Parenting is beautiful, messy, exhausting—and deeply meaningful. But in the rush of daily life, we often miss one of the simplest, most powerful parenting tools we have: nature.

We’re inviting YOU to join our 14-Day Nature & Awe Challenge for Parents!

🟢 What to Do:
Spend just a few minutes outside with your child each day—on a walk, in the backyard, at a park, or just noticing the sky. Take a photo of something that brings you a sense of awe or emotional uplift. Post it here with a short reflection or just a caption using .

🧠 Why This Matters (and is backed by science!):
A 2016 study by Passmore & Holder in the Journal of Positive Psychology found that simply noticing nature for two weeks increased joy, connection, and prosocial behavior.

📖 And according to Dacher Keltner, author of the book Awe, nature-based awe makes us feel more connected and reduces stress. For children, it fuels curiosity. For parents, it creates presence.
