I am so grateful in being able to build my practice while serving the community I was born in with the healing properties of massage. My goal as an LMT is to be able to assist in the healing process of the body, as well as educating my clients on how to best serve their individual needs to maintaining their health. Thirteen year ago yesterday my journey began🥰💗😊
I still love what I get to do🤩
I’ve learned so much and what I love is that what I do provides me the opportunity to learn more and more!
I couldn’t begin to tell you all the ways going to Massage school changed the course of my life.
Being a single mom at the time, school full time work full time. It was intense but so so so worth it.
The people I met, the career I chose…so many paths set out before me as a result of making the choice to be a massage therapist.
The blessings for me have been numerous 🙏💗

**ESSENTIAL OIL PSA: I had a lovely client come in on Friday saying she was hesitant to use essential oils during her massage session.

I asked her why. She showed me both of her wrists and I was so stunned at the level of the chemical burns😮

Instantly I asked if she used Orange or some type of citrus. She said she had used Bergamot then she went about her day.

**There a quite a few essential oil that should never be put on you skin when it is sunny out.

**Most of the citrus oils will leave chemical burns on your skin if your skin is exposed to the sun and should be diluted when being used topically.

Here’s a list of the skin/sun sensitive oils to look out for..

SKIN/SUN
sensitive oils-
*ORANGE
*LEMON
*BERGAMOT
*BIRCH
*LEMONGRASS
*OREGANO
*PEPPERMINT (children)
*THYME
*WINTERGREEN
*TANGERINE
*WHITE FIR

So, if you love the Wild Oranges. Lemons and Bergamot smells put them in your hair or on the clothes you’ll be wearing for the day. You still get the uplifting smells without burning your beautiful skin 💕💞
