You might be smiling at work, showing up for friends, and keeping your life together…but inside, it feels heavy. High-functioning depression often hides behind “doing it all” and is incredibly common among overachievers.

Signs can look like:

▶️Always exhausted, even after a full night’s sleep.
▶️Feeling empty or joyless in activities you used to love.
▶️Constantly overachieving to prove you’re “fine.”
▶️Irritability or low patience with people you care about.
▶️Pushing through life on autopilot without truly feeling present.

All too often, we don’t realize something’s off because life looks fine on the outside. Recognizing these patterns is the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

Her background spans phlebotomy, optometry, women’s health, and dermatology, and she is especially committed to serving rural and underserved communities.
