Im gearing up to do a pop up restaurant at the trail head near fish lake and hwy 140. Does anyone know of through hickers in this area?

God is not finished with me yet! Today on my way to insertion point to the PCT a limb went right through my window. I just leaned over to plug in my phone for a few more minutes of charge when suddenly I heard a crashing sound. The truck came to an Immediate stop and reality sunk in. A 4 inch limb was speared right through my head rest where my head was one second before it came crashing in.
Thank you Jesus!!!!!

Cooking on the trail again for the thru hikers on the Oregon section of the PCT. jerryCan is my trail support as I hike to him everyday. When we get a good trailhead spot we cook gourmet food for the hikers. From oatmeal to steak. And YES! Oatmeal can be gourmet!

We are headed to the PCT on 140. MM 32 N side of the highway 1 mile north of Fish Lake. We are taking up a big pot of pork butt pesola with chips and salsa. Oatmeal with raisins and banana for breakfast in the morning and burritos for lunch in the afternoon. Jerrycan and Chef are hoping everyone’s hungry!

Well there goes my old hippie house/pop-up restaurant. Moving to its new home. I sure had a blast cooking for all the hiker trash out there on the PCT. don’t worry though we still have our little Shasta and will still hop up to the trail off 140 by Fish Lake from time to time and pop one up again 😘
