I still dread hard conversations. They are HARD! But sometimes, doing that hard thing right away prevents more pain and discomfort in the future. So many of us spent our whole lives learning to keep the peace, swallow our anger and hurt feelings and trying to avoid hurting other people's feelings. Choosing to unlearn these survival mechanisms means doing something hard. If you speak your truth, feelings may get hurt. There may be distancing or just flat out rejection and that can be terrifying. But what if the truth created new dynamics in oyur relationship? What if the truth, painful as it might be for both parties creates freedom to be ourselves and a desire to know each other better? And what if it creates curiosity and grace? And what if the relationship LIVES, rather than suffocating from unspoked truths and misplaced avoidance? What if?

Introducing Manifest Station Sessions — a way to infuse a little magic into your goals, intentions, and personal growth.

These sessions give you a chance to create your own intention bottle using ingredients that support what you’re calling in. It’s hands-on, intuitive, and a beautiful way to focus your energy in a tangible, meaningful way.

🌿 How you can experience it:
✨ Come by yourself for a personal, heart-centered session
✨ Bring a friend or two for a shared experience (45–60 minutes depending on group size)
✨ Book a gathering or mini-party with 5+ people
✨ Add it onto a Reiki session if you want to continue the energy you just cultivated

Each session includes your bottle, access to all ingredients, and guided support as you create something aligned with your intention.

I’ll also be offering monthly Manifest Station gatherings for those who want to work with intention-setting regularly throughout the year.

Well isn't that the ugly truth?

And isn't it also BEAUTIFUL?

When we can silence those mean and hateful inner voices, it creates a magic that we can find nowhere else.
Those voices are OLD. Those voices are on REPEAT. Those voices have no conscious, no understanding of the person you are now and they ahve no way of shutting themselves OFF. You have to do it for them. You are the ONLY ONE who has the power to SHUT THEM UP.
Yes it's hard. Yes, it can be painful to find the orginal sources of that self-judgment. And it can be a hard fight because some of them are so deeply ingrained in us, it's hard to determine exactly how to disentangle them from your psyche.
But you can do it. You can be brave and strong and relentless on your own behalf. Find your community. They will help you and you will help them and you will be amazed.
And all because you chose to act on your own behalf. 💜

This speaks loudly to me right now. The veil seems so thin and the world is in such emotional chaos, which can feel terribly scary, but it can also be recognized as an opportunity to SEE. We can SEE our unhealed wounding in our behavior. We can OBSERVE our defensiveness in our sharp words. We can WITNESS our pain in the hopeless feelings. And we can also HONOR the invitation to be gentle with these parts of ourselves that still suffer. We can WELCOME the opportunity to clean out old wounds, even though it hurts, knowing that a clean wound can truly heal.

This takes courage. But the truth is that facing these wounds and scars and painful experiences and doing the work to heal them is energy well spent. Will you be UNCOMFORTABLE? Probably. But if you are still dealing with unhealed wounds, sweet soul, you are ALREADY UNCOMFORTABLE. And aren't sick and tired of it?
