🎉 This October marks the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!

What began in 1945 as a week recognizing workers with physical disabilities has grown into a nationwide movement honoring the value, talent, and contributions of people with all types of disabilities in the workforce.

The 2025 theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” highlights both the past achievements and future opportunities of workers with disabilities.

This month, we celebrate the skills, contributions, and achievements of the individuals we serve, as well as the inclusive employers who partner with us to build stronger, more diverse workplaces.

💙🌟 Last week at the Pathway Enterprises, Inc. 40th Anniversary Celebration, ACCESS received the Community Business Partner of the Year Award for our efforts to promote and employ people with disabilities. ACCESS proudly uses Pathway to provide cleaning services to our campus as well as to our Medford Severe Weather Shelter.
