After five years of study I attained Reiki Master in March of 2015 with Rev. Reiki has been an intregal part of my healing and spiritual journey. I am delighted to have a practice where I have the opportunity to support others on their paths to wellness.

This morning, it took 90 minutes to get my eyes open. They were inflamed. My PT has been encouraging me to share my story. So, here I am. Starting from where I am. I have been living with pain from autoimmune diseases for decades. This past January (2024), I was finally referred to a rheumatologist.
My day started extremely slow and painful. I will carry on observing how I feel, prioritizing what needs to be done and what I want to do all the while grateful for all the wonders, the people, and the things.
