This morning, it took 90 minutes to get my eyes open. They were inflamed. My PT has been encouraging me to share my story. So, here I am. Starting from where I am. I have been living with pain from autoimmune diseases for decades. This past January (2024), I was finally referred to a rheumatologist.
My day started extremely slow and painful. I will carry on observing how I feel, prioritizing what needs to be done and what I want to do all the while grateful for all the wonders, the people, and the things.

The Virgo Full moon is here! It's about decisiveness and organization. It's about compassionate discipline. It's about standing in your truth and in your gifts in order to make the most aligned decisions for yourself. This moon is supporting you to switch that inner voice of fear into a voice of reason.
Building confidence isn't about being arrogant; it's about developing a loving relationship with yourself so that you are able to birth things out into the world from a place of love rather than fear. It's about how the voice inside of your head talks to you.

Setting intentions while submerged in the hot tub. I added Pink Himalayan salt this time, and it's lovely. The sky is clear. I am gazing at Uranus, Jupiter, Neptune, and the constellation Aries. And Orion is magnificent tonight!I am grateful to be pain-free today; I worked with my bare hands in the soil today. I feel the energy of the cosmos and am enjoying the ride.
