Nichole has been part of the HP family for over seven years and in that time she has shown a level of dedication to our residents that’s honestly hard to put into words. She never hesitates to pick up an extra shift....steps in for those long 16-hour doubles and even a few of the legendary 24-hour shifts!

But what makes Nichole even more special is that she doesn’t just show up....she shows up everywhere. Whether it’s supporting Personal Care, jumping in at the front desk or cooking enchiladas for the residents....she’s always there!

Nichole, thank you for your commitment, your reliability and knowledge you bring to this place every day. You make a difference.. We’re so grateful for you. Congratulations on being our Employee of the Month!

Maria was recognized as an amazing volunteer and contributor to the Medford Food Project at our Resident Council meeting this afternoon. Maria has volunteered at the Medford Food Project from 2013 through October of 2025. She has helped provide for many people in the Rogue Valley during her tenure while volunteering. We hope and plan to be able to help continue her efforts while she enjoys retirement. Thank you, Maria! You’re an inspiration to us all! ❤️
