We held our annual resident appreciation dinner this evening! The food was fabulous, the music was amazing, the decor was gorgeous and the staff were impeccable as always! Chef Trey and Ceriyah’s team served us oyster Rockefeller, creamy potato and leek soup, shrimp Niçoise salad, beef tenderloin with the fixings and an espresso chocolate mousse. Delish!!! 😋

We had the honor of celebrating Tak’s 100th birthday a few days early! Tak has lived an extraordinary life...... from surviving a Japanese American incarceration camp as a teenager to being drafted by the Army to work as an interpreter, interrog*ting Japanese prisoners of war. After that, he graduated from USC in engineering and helped manufacture F-18's for the Navy. His strength, resilience, and grace inspire us all. We are truly honored to celebrate him and even more honored that he calls Horton Plaza home.
