Boomer Women On The Move It's never too late to start exercising. As a retired Dietitian & Yoga teacher, I can get you started I would like to share my yoga practice.

I am a Dietitian/Nutritionist or RDN, and although retired, I maintain my credentials and volunteer at a local free clinic as a Nutritionist. I volunteer at my church's food pantry and at a Therapeutic Riding Center in the local area. I have always promoted the benefits of exercise.and last year I went through a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Time for a change. Joints a little achy, hair now grey, exercise is still most important to include every day. As an aging Boomer, I have added yoga to my daily routine. In fact I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification last year from Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga Studio right here in Medford, NJ. Now I am ready to provide classes for Beginners Yoga, Soft and Gentle Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Starting in early April, I have space at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Medford, NJ and will offer 2 day time classes per month. On-line classes to follow. Check back for more details. All are welcome. Even if you have never tried yoga before, now's the time. It's so important to take the time to move, not just for the health of your body, but for your brain.
