Founded in 2010 Randy and Kim Bean wanted to transform in home care and allow seniors to age in place with dignity and grace.

Our caregiver team, lead by our founder Randy, strives to help people THRIVE at home by helping with daily personal care, running errands, meal preparation and housekeeping needs. Randy and his wife were our first caregivers, and now lead our team of caregivers meeting the needs of our clients all over the beautiful Rogue Valley!

The holidays bring joy, sparkle, and celebration — but they can also create new safety risks for our seniors. Here are a few simple reminders to help keep everyone safe and comfortable:

✨ Prevent Falls:
• Keep walkways clear of holiday décor and cords
• Ensure rugs have non-slip backing
• Make sure hallways and entryways are well lit

✨ Safe Decorating:
• Avoid step stools or ladders — keep decorations at reachable levels
• Use shatter-proof ornaments and avoid tripping hazards
• Keep candles away from flammable items or opt for flameless ones

✨ Comfort & Warmth:
• Maintain a comfortable indoor temperature
• Encourage layers to stay warm
• Monitor hydration — colder weather can reduce thirst cues

🧣 Keep homes cozy and draft-free
☕ Encourage warm meals and drinks
🧤 Make sure seniors dress in layers
🚶♀️ Prevent slips and falls by clearing walkways
💊 Check medications and health appointments
