It's been a while, but we're back with π©» Today we have a hip with a history. Unfortunately hip and knee replacements don't last forever, so if you get one on the young side, you will probably have to go in for revisions. This patient looks to be on the second (or maybe 3rd) revision of an initial hip replacement. The fracture of the bone is likely not new, but it's been tied down and secured so it's not going anywhere.
