Pacific Living Centers’ VP of Operations, Michele Nixon, Wins OHCA Leadership Award
Nixon to be recognized at the Oregon Health Care Association Convention Luncheon on September 24
Pacific Living Centers (PLC) is proud to announce that Michele Nixon, Vice President of Operations, has been selected as a recipient of the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCA) Leadership Award. Nixon will be formally recognized during the OHCA Convention luncheon on Wednesday, September 24.
The OHCA Leadership Award honors individuals who exemplify excellence in senior care leadership—advancing quality, supporting teams, and improving resident outcomes across Oregon. As PLC’s VP of Operations, Nixon has led initiatives that strengthened resident care standards, elevated staff training and retention, and enhanced operational performance across multiple communities.
