We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a $50 missed appointment fee.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. However, last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients who are waiting for appointments and directly impact our small business.

No Call / No Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee and will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to book future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and respect for our time, staff, and business. Thank you for helping us provide the best experience for all of our clients.
