Part Time Office Help Wanted

Seeking office/clerical worker who is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 3pm to 8pm. (Times will be patient load dependant)

Desired Skills/Traits:
Pleasant and Outgoing Disposition on the phone and in person
Professional appearance and attitude
Computer and Basic Tech savvy
Ability to work as part of a team
Legible handwriting
Basic Math Skills
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Adaptability and compassion.

Assigned Duties:
Greet patients as they arrive for appointments
Schedule appointments in person and over the phone (Computerized and Paper)
Take payments for services rendered
Basic Filing and Data Entry
Lifting up to 20 pounds
Manage the flow of the office to keep appointments moving
Assist Doctor with supplies during patient appointments
